At Midwest Best Beef, we pride ourselves on being a third generation, small family farm.
Let us introduce ourselves. We are David and Annette, the founders of Midwest Best Beef, along with our eldest daughter, Ireland. Together with our five daughters, we live and work on a third-generation small family farm in east central Iowa, where faith, hard work, and family guide everything we do. Ireland is proud to carry her family’s legacy forward by taking over the original Hill family farm in southeastern Minnesota from her grandfather — returning cattle to the land and continuing the same core values of hard work, integrity, and responsible animal care. Working side by side across generations, we are proud to bring high-quality, hormone- and antibiotic-free, state-inspected, all-natural Angus beef directly from our farm to your family’s table.
Our family’s mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality Midwestern Angus beef — free of added hormones, routine antibiotics, and animal by-products. We strive to bring back the time honored relationship between our family farm and you, our customers.
I’m Ireland, the eldest daughter of David and Annette. It’s an honor to carry our family legacy forward on the Hill family farm in southeastern Minnesota. By bringing beef production back to land that has been in our family for generations, I’m beginning a new chapter rooted in the same core values of quality, transparency, and ethical animal care that define Midwest Best Beef. I’m proud to continue the tradition of connecting our family farm with families who care deeply about where their food comes from and how it’s raised.
