In our case, you’re buying a share of premium beef, ensuring a consistent supply throughout the year. This 12-month membership delivers around 40-50 lbs of beef monthly, equivalent to a Whole beef. This means you get a diverse array of cuts without the large lump sum expense or the need for extensive storage.

What is CSA Whole Beef?

The CSA Whole Beef provides you with a monthly delivery of assorted beef cuts. Each month, you’ll receive a different combination of steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, and ect. This variety allows you to enjoy different types of meals, keeping your culinary adventures exciting. The monthly packages may include:

  • 6-12 Steaks
  • 2-4 Roast
  • 16-24 Ground Beef packages
  • 2-4 Stew Meat package/ Stir fry

  • 20-24 Sirloin Steaks
  • 20-24 Rib Eye Steaks
  • 4-8 Chuck Eye Steaks
  • 24-32 T-Bone Steaks or 20-24 New York Strip and 8-12 Tenderloin Steaks
  • 16 Round Steaks
  • 16 Chuck Roasts
  • 4-8 Sirloin Tip  Roasts

  • 4-8 Rump Roasts
  • 200-260 Ground Beef packages
  • 16 Stew Meat packages

Cost and Membership Details

The one-time membership fee is $350, plus processing fees of approximately $600-$900 depending on the size of the beef. Monthly fees will vary based on the actual size of the animal and whether the CSA is custom or off the shelf. The custom option is billed over 12 equal monthly payments, typically around $400/month. Your 40 lb+ beef bundle will be delivered each month for 12 months, and you’ll be billed with each delivery.
