The Select Mini Package is perfect for the family that wants all the cuts of beef but does not have the freezer space or does not want to purchase an entire half or quarter of beef. This package offers the same proportions as our side of beef but in a more manageable 25 lb. package.

  • 1 – 12 oz. RibEye Steaks
  • 1 – 22 oz. T-bone Steaks
  • 1 – 18 oz. Round Steaks
  • 1 – 2.75 lbs. Chuck Roast
  • 1 – 2.75 lbs. Arm Roast or Rump Roast
  • 15 – 1 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 – 1 lbs. Stew Meat or Stir Fry Meat

For example, you can replace a roast with an equal weight of round steak, stew meat, stir-fry meat, soup bones, liver, or a ground beef combination. When Checking out; just leave a comment in the notes section, and we will accommodate your request. Otherwise, you will receive the farmer’s choice.
